A lightly sparkling rosè wine. Fresh and
lively, with charming fragrances of geranium, candied
cherries, candies, and strawberries. Full-bodied,
fresh and well-balanced, with good acidity and quiet,
frascinating aromas. Presistent fruity notes, with
delicate mineral hints.
Food pairing and serving
To be served in trasparent crystal goblets at 10-12°
C. Good also between mealsor particularly suited
to entrees. It pairs well with delicate meat dishes
and fresh cheeses.
Vinification
Gaglioppo is harvested at the end of September and
the beginning of October. The typical color is due
to a slow maceration of red grapes on the skuns,
immediately kept out of the must. It is a process
requiring a particular care so to provide the right
color of the wine.
